Here’s an amazing old contraption. This clock gets wound weekly, keeps good time. Lovely quarter sawn english oak case measures 15 1/2” wide, 42” tall, 11” wide at base.

As used commonly in WW2 era factories where everyone had to clock in and out to get paid accurately, This one was made in 1949.

Amazing sturdy brass gears and mechanics!
