Extremely Rare British Military, Late 19c / Early 20c Leather Cordite Carrier. An uncommonly large container for carrying explosives, namely cordite, circa 1900. Constructed from canvas lined cork and covered with leather, the handles attached by copper rivets to reduce the risk of an explosion being caused by a spark.
