This is was a very expensive lithograph (paid over $2,000 in the 1980s) of Mount Carmel church in Montecito dated from 1986 and signed by the artist. One corner is cracked on plexiglass however the lithograph is in perfect condition, if plexiglass is replaced this would be like new again and is definitely a collector especially for a local of Montecito or Santa Barbara area. Hate to let this go but unfortunately too big for my place. Any questions please send a messege.
