Guest house has a large, private deck/balcony with photo worthy views of downtown and the Santa Ynez Mountain range. There is a privacy fence surrounding the entire complex with a driveway for one car. There is plenty of free parking on the street. (If you are not parked in the driveway, it is important to note that street cleaning is on Thursdays between 9:00 - 12:00.) The guest house is a stand alone building behind our main home and above the garage on the 2nd floor. Please note there are 16 steps to get to the unit.
The living room features a 55" 4K Roku Smart TV with complimentary HULU account. Fast internet speeds and can easily handle 4k streaming. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. All new appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, blender, silverware, glasses, etc. Large bathroom with double sink, bath/shower, separate room with toilet and large linen closet. The primary bedroom features a king bed with views of a wonderful old California Oak tree and the garden. It also has a small desk and large closet. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and large closet. There is an additional office/bedroom with a twin-sized trundle bed, and closet with small dresser. All bedrooms include ceiling fan and easy to use window blinds.
Ideal for two adults (possibly 3), or two adults with a child. Minimum of four month lease but ideally longer with compatible tenants. All utilities included. No smoking allowed. Laundry on site in garage. Pets considered. The unit is presently furnished, but unfurnished or partially furnished can be considered. We are somewhat flexible depending on the tenant's needs.
