I’m looking for an apartment for my 2 kids and I. Ages 2 and 9. Both in elementary and preschool gone all weekdays 7:30-5. I also work Monday- Friday these times. Home dinner, baths, bed, weekends sometimes. No pets. Very simple and don’t need much. I’ve lived where I have for many years. My landlord just told me he’s selling his house, which includes our apartment. It’s been a great sort of “rent controlled” spot. My kids share the room and I sleep in the living room.
