Our home is being listed as a fully furnished mid term rental. Minimum stay is 31 days and short term 3, 6, 12 month leases are acceptable.

There are grocery and hardware stores, restaurants (best Pizza in Santa Barbara and fantastic Mexican food) within a 5 minute walk and the bike path is located 1 block away. and is a 1/2 mile walk to gorgeous Elings park, Douglas reserve and close proximity to Hendry's Beach.
There is a carport with parking for two vehicles and street parking is almost always available right in front or on the side of the home.
