There are 2 bedrooms the smaller one contains a queen bed covered in sumptuous linens, the "Master Bedroom" has a California King and also connects to a private Half Bath. This bedroom has a TV concealed behind a movable painting with digital cable and DVD player. There is a newly remolded period full bath with a shower over a claw-foot tub and tile wainscoating fully stocked with high quality Egyptian cotton towels. The kitchen has a professional quality range and is fully stocked from dishes to pan's knifes and anything you would need to create that perfect meal. Also the pantry is full of staples and condiments for your use, you will just be charged for what you use. There is a kitchen table and four chairs which look out the french doors to the rear deck were a teak outdoor dinning table and four matching chairs await those warm summer nights. There is also a small rear yard and garden off which is a laundry room which is for your use There is also a detached Garden cottage behind the house which can be combined with this rental when available that includes a queen bed and another full bath and kitchenette

A deposit of $200 or 20% of total rental amount whichever is higher 
is required upon booking which will be aplied to rental amount.
Deposit will be returned if cancellation is made 30 days or greater from rental start date
if cancellation is made within 30 days of rental start date deposit will only be
refunded if unit is leased to another for that period. 
A damage deposit of $500 is required at the time of check in. 
The $500 damage deposit will be promptly refunded less any damage deductions
once the rental period is terminated and the property inspected. 

Check-in after 3PM, check-out by 12AM though late checkout and early check in will be accommodated whenever possible.
ABSOLUTELY NO smoking.
$75 out clean fee for rentals of 1 week or less
On longer rentals weekly cleaning is provided for a $75 weekly fee.

Imagine one hundred horses with costumed riders carrying torches and descending from the Riviera into this beautiful amphitheater. The original construction included a wooden revolving stage that was destroyed by a flood during an El Nino winter in 1939. It was replaced by a concrete stage that was used until the end of the 2001 Concert Season. Cracked and falling apart, the Bowl rebuilt the stage, dressing rooms and new restrooms (all located under the stage) using the same structural specifications as freeway overpasses. This stage will soon house a permanent pavilion where the Bowl Foundation will present a diverse array of musical entertainment. The Bowl's FoundersThe Bowl has become a home for the performing arts in Santa Barbara. As the largest outdoor amphitheater in Santa Barbara County, capacity 4,562 the Bowl retains its intimate ambiance while offering the freedom of a beautiful and natural outdoor venue. Volunteers are working hard to renovate this beloved treasure into the leading outdoor performing arts center in the country. With the community’s generosity, we have finished the first two phases of renovation, but we still have a long way to go. You can help make the much-needed critical improvements to preserve the Bowl for future generations.
