We are currently renting our vacation home in South Lake Tahoe and you will not find a better, more luxurious home for rent. We are offering discounted pricing by renting direct and not though a management company. The home has amenities which others simply do not such as indoor heated pool with fireplace and waterfall, a separate sauna room and separate steam room, pool table, hot tub and much more. Starting in April 1st 2008 and ending in May 22, 2008 we are offering a special off season rate of $500 per night, any nights, with a minimum of only two night stay. IF you pay for three nights WE PAY the normal cleaning fee. If you stay seven nights you only PAY FOR FIVE NIGHTS! Plus we pay the normal cleaning fee! Taxes, and deposit are additional. Always inquire with exactly which nights to receive a no obligation complete quote. If you want an entire week, a seven night stay will also receive one night free! April and May are excellent months to visit Tahoe. There is still plenty of skiing in April yet less crowds and nicer weather for hiking, biking and other activities.
The four day Memorial weekend rate will be $700 per night (Fri-Mon). After Memorial Day and until Labor Day weekend rates will be $500 per night Monday-Thursday, and $700 per night Friday through Sundays with a minimum of three nights. Weekends of July 4th and Labor day inquire for quote. Inquire for dates beyond Labor Day. Confused at all? Always simply tell us exactly which nights you would like and we will give you a quote. The closest Airport is Reno, the home is about one hour drive from there.
