Would like to swap my rustic 1929 hilltop cabin in West Hills for an older craftsman home in downtown Santa Barbara. The cabin is 2 bedrooms and one bath with large den downstairs. Den features river rock fireplace with wood stove as well as bay windows with spectacular view. Redwood decking overlooks emply canyon with hiking trails and a nearby waterfall. White oak cabinetry, redwood and cedar give the house a warm country feel but it is very well maintained and has a natural gas barbeque, stove refrigerator washer and dryer. Air conditioning as well as nice touches like an antique leaded glass door in the hall, skylight in the kitchen and hand painted Italian tiles in the bathroom. unforgettable experience to live here. Abundant wildlife too. Don't really want a dog but I would consider it for a swap situation. You almost have to have a cat to control the rabbits, mice and gophers.
