I have a charming 1950's two bedroom bungalow between Montecito and downtown sb. 2 miles to both and just under two miles to the beach. Fenced in yard - might consider dog. The home is fully stocked and has an outdoor hot tub. I would like to swap sometime in June for a week or 10 days. Would be traveling with my 3 year old daughter and my husband. Ideal dates are around the 14th of June. If interested we can swap photos. open to anywhere but would love NYC - thanks!
