My wife and I will be in Santa Barbara for our daughter's graduation from UCSB and are looking to swap our beautiful home in sunny Poipu, Kauai for the week of June 14th until about the 21st.
Our home is about 5-10 minutes walk from the infamous Poipu Beach (voted #1 beach in the world many times: Surfing, snorkeling, boogie/body boarding, skimboarding, lots of monk seals, great restaurants, amazing sunsets, tidepooling) golf course home of the PGA grand slam, hiking, cliff walks, tennis courts, bbqs, greenbelts ... everything you could ask for!
Beautiful view of the Ha'upu mountain range and the old sugar cane fields. Access to two pools and a jacuzzi.
Our home is beautifully furnished plantation style by my wife (previously an interior decorator) Two bedrooms, 2 office rooms, an entertainment room, screened in patio, great dining room and kitchen, sunny home, high ceilings, wood floors, great comfy couches...
Looking to swap but if you have a rental we would also be interested.
