I am looking to trade for an approved condo project you dont want to go ahead with for the next 5 yrs. If you are a developer and need to get to work in the next 8 months, this is a good project for you. You can simultaneously split the lot into 3 parcels min. By the time you get done with construction of one house, you will have a couple of extra lots that can sell for $800k-$1.5mil each
I am also open to trading with any income property.
My first preference is joint venture to split and build 3 homes in 3.5mil range (4000-4500 sqft)
