Permanent house swap (Santa Barbara)

We have a 2 Bed 2 Bath condo in excellent condition. Attached are some pictures of the great views that can be enjoyed from the balcony of our house. We are looking to swap permanently for houses/condo in the Bay Area or around Lake Tahoe. Will be glad to provide more pictures and details upon request.
And yes that is snow on the mountains. This happens for a couple of hours every few years.
