I own a 10 acre estate lot, largest undeveloped parcel in the city of Santa Barbara, that can be further subdivided into 3 lots. I am looking for a developer who is interested in trading for their approved condo project. I am also open to trade one or two lots (after subdivision) for income property elsewhere.
