I would like to swap my Charleston/Isle of Palms, SC beach-house with swimming pool, screened porch, large private lush yard, hardwood floors, 2 blocks to gorgeous white-sand, 7 mile beach, one block to marina/yacht club, one block to rest/bar/shop. 4 bedroom, 3 bath, nicely remodeled, stainless kitchen, well furnished for your house or condo in SB County for 2 weeks this summer. Open to swap any time, any weeks, (1, 2, 3 weeks) in June or July. I am a prof'l accountant/broker in charge, own my own Real Estate Company in Charleston; The island is 8 miles out of Historic Charleston. I have 2 kids, well behaved, 13 & 14.
