I have a room for the summer in a 4br house. The room is good size. There are 4 people living here (including me) but I will be leaving for the summer. Looking for someone to take over my room. Dates may be a little flexible, but basically looking for someone from about the 3rd/4th week of June until maybe the end of august..or maybe up till the 2nd/3rd week of september.
The house is just about 2 blocks to the beach (Hendry's Beach - also known as Arroyo Burro beach). There is a bus that passes by here too.
There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher..etc..and you have access to kitchen, living room w/tv, wireless internet. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, large dresser, desk, bookshelf, closet.
There is a swimming pool in the back yard! Stone bbq pit, lemon and mandarin trees..basically, a cool place to hang out for the summmer. The roommates are around 30...one's a nurse, one's a software engineer and one is a nanny. 2 guys and 1 female.
Pets are not likely to be approved (I'd have to consult with property owner)and the room is intended for one person - although potentially I could rent to a couple for a little more money..that would have to be approved by the owners and roommates too..would prefer just one person though.
