My roommate and I are looking for 1 or 2 people to sublease 1BR in house of girls from June to August. Room is $1320 as a single or $660 as a double. Rent includes all utilities, free on-site laundry, bike racks, high-speed internet access and cable. Two blocks from campus, short bike ride to beach front, and bus pickup. Room shares large bathroom (2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 large sink areas), access to upstairs kitchenette, spacious kitchen with cabinet and fridge space downstairs, tanning deck, volleyball court, as well as shared common-area living and dining room.
