This apartment in Goleta is very clean and in great condition. Spacious kitchen and living room, washing machine downstairs, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. LOTS of parking!! One bedroom is big enough for two people, although the other one is meant for only one person. With a bunkbed you could fit two. If that is an issue, there's definitely room in the living room for people to sleep.
There are 4 spaces available from June 20th to August 1st.
The rent for each person would be about $525-600. (This all depends on how you would want to split up the total rent of $2250.) One of our roommates is coming back to stay for summer session B, which is August 4th-September 20th. When she comes back, there will only be 3 spaces available, and rent will be reduced to a total of $1750.
It's just a few blocks away from FT, really close to Albertson's and Costco off Storke Rd.
I'm studying abroad in the fall and going home for the summer but I need someone to stay here for either one of those terms or both.
