I'm not going to be in IV over the summer so I need someone to sublet my room from july to the end of august.
It's a double room with a big closet and a balcony! The bathroom is adjacent to it with two sinks, toilet, shower/bathtub.
The house is huge,and only five minutes away from the ocean. There are five bedrooms (five girls upstairs and two guys in the singles downstairs), two fridges, washer and dryer, dishwasher and parking is available both in the driveway and on the street.
