I have my own room in a 2bd apt at Pacific Oaks Apt, on 7170 Davenport Road, Goleta. Its a good size room and apartment has cable tv, internet, dishwasher and full range cooking appliances all included. Also the complex has a gym, swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
