$732 / 1br - West Campus Family Student Housing Sublet Available (Goleta)
I need to sublet my apartment from June 15th to September 8th (or 16th - I'm not sure yet). I'm flexible with the dates (a somewhat later move-in or earlier move-out would be fine). One or two people may apply. It's a great apartment in a quiet area (corner of Storke and El Colegio). However, there is one drawback:
FSH policy only allows UCSB graduate students to live in the complex. The applicant must show proof of graduate status to the housing office when signing the contract.
I should also note that the apartment is fully furnished (two couches [one of which folds out into a bed], queen-size bed, kitchen table, assorted bookcases and dressers). I will do my best to clear out sufficient closet and dresser space as needed, but cannot remove the furniture. All utilities and internet are included.
