I am looking for someone to sublet over the summer, from 6/15 to 9/1.(specific date negotiable) Full month rent is $470, no security deposit needed! One of the roomate has his bed in the living room. You will be sharing the room with my other roomate inside the very spacious bedroom. There is a walk-in closet. It is a special unit in the apartment since it can fit 3 people.
All utitlities are included, High Speed Internet, Water, Electricity and Trash. There is no TV cable, but there is a pool and game room of the apartment that has a TV, computer and pool table. There is also a swimming pool. Laundry room on site.
Lastly, a parking space IS INCLUDED for the apartment! Not street parking, But parking in the apartment parking lot!
