I have the master bedroom in a wonderful 4-bedroom house, and will be gone from late May to early November. I want to rent it out for as long of that period as I can. I would like to leave my furniture in it, but I could take it out if you have your own.
The house: 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. Huge backyard with patio, grill, and tons of fruit trees. We have cable + dvr, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The room: master bedroom with private bath, large window overlooking back patio. Queen size bed, desk, etc.
The roommates: 3 girls, mid-twenties, fun, clean, like to chat with a glass of wine;
You: preferably female, clean, able to stay from June 1 to at least September;
