Hi! My new lease starts the first of July, but my current lease does not end until the 3rd week in August, so I am looking for someone to sublet from me for that period of time. The rent is $530 for your own room and utilities are about $30. The deposit is only $250. You would be living with 5 or 6 others and some would be international students. The house is located over by Dos Pueblos High School which is at the other end of Storke as IV, but the bus comes right by the house if you need to get to school and don't want to drive.
