So I'm living in LA this summer for an internship, and need to sublet my space at 6768 B Pasado...
The house is amazing, its a little one story duplex, we have rear one. It's got a huge private backyard, great for bbq's, and even a firepit and a little garden. Its a mellow quite place to live in IV.
The people your living with- 3 surfers and a dog.
Coda- The dog. Half lab half pitbull puppy, she is the most adorable dog in the world, total lover, full of energy, always down for you to throw her rope around in the back yard.
Jared- Owner of coda, and your future roomate. Digs surfing, is a film major, from New Mexico, friendly, easy to get along with, could sleep through the apocolypse.
Vlad- Has a single room, in "the cave" near the washer and dryer. Really tall, goofy, and fun half californian half ukrainian (surfs all day and cooks cow tounge at 1 a.m)
Bryce- The party man, but nicest guy in the world. Has his own room or may be sharing with someone.
