I'm hoping to sublease my shared room over the summer, rent is $512.50 and includes garbage, gardening, and cable/internet. The address is 6839 Trigo; its a corner house in the quiet parts of Isla Vista. I'm not sure how many people will be living there over the summer, but you'll be sharing a room with one girl--(the house has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms). If you're looking to find a place with a friend, other people in my house are looking for sublets too, there's 8 of us and I think just one will be living in IV over the summer, so lots of space is available!! The house has a kitchen, front yard, back yard, and is close to the beach! And about a block down is a grassy field area with a spectacular view.
