Our duplex (right side of the house; shared wall) will be available from roughly 5/15 through the end of the year. We love living here and will just be on the other side of town through the end of 2008. 1 bed, 1 bath.

We love animals, but unfortunately the landlords have a no pets policy.

Beautiful hardwood floors, fireplace, dishwasher, fully furnished inside(we can take whatever you don't want/need), washer/dryer, front and back patios which are great for sunday paper, dinner, etc. Wahser/dryer is in the garage.
