$1065 / 1br - IV over entire Summer (Abrego/Camino del Sur)
Starting from June 18 I will be permanently leaving this apartment.
But the lease does not end til soemtime in September
I need someone to completely to take over the apartment
Rent is $1065 and teh application process from the apartment is $120
They do require a cosigner for students
Also there will be 2 payments of $750 coming to a total of $1500 as the security deposit.
I am completely leaving this apartment and it will be unfurnished
Last thing, if you are still looking for an apartmentt for next school year, you can CONTINUE this lease for another full 12 months at the same $1065/mo so its one of the cheapeast apartments here in IV. or you can choose to pay per month which is a higher price than the leasing price. not quite sure what it is.
