Clean, comfortable, and quiet; centrally located on the Mesa (between downtown and the beach), and close to transit lines. Available December 20th 2009 - April 1st, 2010 (dates negotiable).
The single bedroom (not in pictures) has a queen size bed, night table, walk-in closet, chair, large window, and its own door.
In addition, the futon in the living room folds out as another queen size bed for guests.
The apartment comes with a sheltered parking spot. There are coin laundry facilities, two swimming pools, a hot tub, as well as views of the Honda ravine from the patio.
The neighbors maintain a quiet environment by mutually agreeing not to have parties or play loud music, with absolute quiet by 10pm.
I’m a professor with a mini-sabbatical during this period and looking for a mature and respectful individual to whom to entrust my place.
