Hi, we are located 3 blocks from Paseo Nuevo in the heart of downtown. The room available is large, sunny, great carpet, and has walk in closet. It also features its own private entrance with beautiful french doors. The garage included in rent is for your parking only (perfect for downtown parking!). A little bit about the house... It is 3 bedroom/2 bath. Shared with two other young professional females in mid-late twenties. The house is well kept and has hard wood flooring throughout house. The living room has fire place and opens with french doors to a balacony. There is a private patio that extends around the house as well. Additionally there is a laundry room within the house! This is a great house in a great location!
