Looking to trade carpentry skills for housing in beautiful Santa Barbara. I have a lovely home with an empty room and private bathroom. The house projects I need to complete require someone with an assortment of trade skills however, rough and finished carpentry are most useful. Construction of an outdoor deck and patio is at the top of the list. This arrangement could last three to six months.
