I've loved living here but I've graduated early and need to move back home :( The apartment is a one bedroom, with a living room, kitchen and (the best part for me) a walk-in closet. My roommate is a senior UCSB student. She's clean, respectful, accepting, and the best word I can use to describe her, chill. An additional plus: she has a twin bed, so your full (if u have one) will fit with room. There is laundry on site and a pool in the middle of the complex, Our unit is downstairs with a view of the pool. There is also a grill on the balcony upstairs. It's quieter living here, definitely not as crazy as DP, but I haven't missed living on DP because the neighbors are all really cool.

Utilities are included in rent except for the electricity.

Apartment is furnished now but if you have furniture with you, bring it on it and I will take my furniture back home.

Also, if you need furniture, we can talk me selling my one year old full size bed and desk.
