1 Room in a 2 bedroom apartment

This is a newly built graduate student housing. I am moving out and need a person to take over my lease starting this Winter quarter, move in date is flexible-August 15th (you can extend the lease with the UCSB housing department). San Clemente Village is within walking distance to the UCSB. The apartment is fully furnished, furniture is still new, double bed, large desk, plenty of closet space and all the kitchen appliances. My roommate is PhD student, very friendly, organized and clean.

Rent includes: Cable, wireless Internet, all the utilities, laundry on site, garage parking.

You have to be either female graduate, transfer, junior or senior student at UCSB.
