Hi, my name is Sarah and I am looking for a roommate to sublease for the winter/spring '10 quarter or semester. The room is a double. The apartment is located two blocks from the UC, and one block from the heart of IV. There are three other girls. They are second years, one attending the CC and the two others attending the UC. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and your room is the bigger of the two. Everyone in the house is very friendly and studies hard, but loves to have a good time! The rent includes water, and utilities come out to be no more than $50 a month.
