I'm looking for someone to sublease my room from December trough January. The room is very large, has private bathroom and private entrance, and it's in a 3br house that's very comfortable, has all basic appliances, laundry (washer and drier), hardwood floors, yard, very spacious. The house is close to State Street, shops, buses. You would share the house with 2 friendly roommates in their late twenties (1 fem and 1 male), both work during business hours and are very respectful and easygoing. We are looking for one person only, and we prefer someone quiet during the weeks and responsible.

The rent is 950 (includes water and trash) and security deposit is 500. The room is not furnished.
