We are two responsible UCSB college students who recently transferred from the Los Angeles Area to come study here. We chose to live away from Isla Vista in this peaceful neighborhood walking distance from the beach. The apartment is unfortunately above our budget and we cant afford it anymore. Although we would like to stay due to the peaceful neighborhood and professional climate of the complex, we are forced to find something more appropriate from our financial status. The Apartment has only been vacated by us for approximately 1 month, and doesnt even have furniture yet. Hopefully we can arrange a new home for someone willing to live amongst graduate students in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A shopping center is located minutes away for your convenience.
