Fully furnished room for sublet in our beautiful downtown townhouse. The room has a queen bed, dresser, night stand, armoire with a 32” TV, DVD & VCR with cable and a large closet and bookshelf. We can provide bedding towels etc if needed. Shared bathroom with female housemate so FEMALES PREFERRED.

The house also offers business wi-fi, once a week house cleaning, BBQ with nice deck and washer and dryer.

The house is 3 bedrooms 2 baths. You’ll be sharing with 2 people. One woman who is 31, Japanese, works full time, and is a student. The other housemate is a 41 man who is away for work some weekends Thursday through Monday.

The room is available November 1st through February 1st . Dates and length of stay are flexible.
Rent is $790 plus 1/3 utilities negotiable based on stay and fit. Ideally for the full 3 months. $300 security deposit.
No couples, smokers or pets please.

Although we will definitely consider male candidates, the bathroom is shared with a female housemate so FEMALES ARE PREFERRED.
