Hey Apt seekers!
I just recently was promoted at my job and have to relocate to Northern California by Monday!!! thats november 9th.
I'm trying to find someone to take my place while i work there for however long they need me there. it would be the least of 6 months and i could be gone as long as years but when i come back to santa barbara I would be coming back to my apt. I need someone or couple, whoever, who can move in asap!!!!!!
thats the most important. and someone who will take care of the apt and keep it clean. I would be moving my stuff out as fast as possible so that you can move in.
the deposit is 1,000 with ALL utilities included!! its 1200 a month due on the 5th.
I'd prorate when you move in on the 9th so that it would be cheaper than 1200 for this month. theres a washer and dryer thats coin free! also a shed for storing bikes and whatnot. if you are serious and interested on moving in on monday or asap you can emial me and we can set up a time to come look at the apt. its also on Ortega st, 3 blocks to state! great location!!
