I'll be going abroad this January and am looking for a friendly, chill, respectful female age 19-25 to sublease my room in a 2-br duplex on DP. My 3 housemates are all nice, laid-back girls who make school a priority, but know how to have a good time the rest of the time :) The house also comes with one adorable dog, a fireplace, a front lawn on DP, and we're right across from the beach! My room is shared with one girl and includes a walk-in closet and bathroom. You'd be paying $740 for rent, plus about $60/month in utilities.
