Private entrance to the house, shared kitchen, and bathroom, to be shared with one person only most of the time.
Pics available for serious candidates. Not a party house, I'm afraid, but beats a motel any time, also you can walk everywhere downtown and to the beach. There's a cat in the house, but she won't be coming to this room.
