We are a marketing, event coordination, sales and strategy firm for celebrity speakers.
Our company is growing fast and we're looking to add someone to our team who desires to participate in an exciting career of sales -- working directly with buyers who are hosting transformational conferences all over the world.
This available position is the position of an Agent -- and agent represents the best interest of a celebrity and does everything in their power to see a Celebrity's career succeed and expand. This involves negotiating deals, seeing possibilities and being diligent with follow through and follow up.
The candidate must have excellent phone and writing skills and be an effective persuader. Your job is to get people to take action and win people to your point of view out of service to your client. Practically this person day-to-day will be taking phone or email leads and responding to phone or emails throughout the week, working from our office.

Time: 8:00 to 12:00 pm (4 hours daily) * This job has the potential to move to full time in the very near future.
Location: Downtown Santa Barbara
Pay: Salary plus commission. Based on experience.
