I will be attending UCSB in the fall while my boyfriend attends SBCC. We want a decent sized room, 11x11 or better. We don't want a party house. I would also like to have a hamster or two, but that is negotiable. We're laid back but also know how to be responsible. We don't smoke and don't really drink.
