$800 UCSB Senior Looking for a Room (IV / Goleta / SB)
Hi, my name is Andrew Stone, I am going to be a fourth art major at UCSB and am looking around for housing starting in September and continuing throughout my senior year.
I live in Isla Vista right now. Was hoping to live in a quiet, clean home my senior year. Looking for a nice home with an extra room for rent in it. No more of the dorm-style housing of college.
Will be looking for my own bedroom, and besides that, am open for most things. I am not a smoker or drug user, and I have no pets.
During the summer I will be in Colorado working as a furniture designer. During the school year, I will often be in my studio working on projects.
I am clean and very respectful of other people's property. I can do any chores or construction around the house and love to cook. If you have pets or children that is fine and I can babysit if ever needed. I have references from jobs, family friends, and teachers upon request.
I am hoping for a non-college house, in Santa Barbara or Goleta. I would be staying for one year, and am willing to do any type of contract (be it month-to-month, 3-month, or the full year). If there is anything that needs to be done to the house, I am willing to trade off work for rent if requested (I used to paint houses and can work construction).
