$5001000 Young Adult Looking For Room (Mesa/walk sbcc)
I am an 18 year old Male (19 in August), looking to move down to Santa Barbara in Mid June. As of now, I am looking for Rent less than $1000 a month - though $1000 a month may be ok. I am a respectful and clean person; if messes tend to follow you, chances are I'll pick them up without complaint. If you need quiet, you can have it.
I'll be getting a job and and hopefully working 5 days week. I will not be attending school in the fall; however, If I decide I like Santa Barbara, I will begin taking classes in mid/late January at SBCC.
Month-By-Month is preferred. I'm still unsure whether I am going to stick in Santa Barbara for good - I deferred enrollment to a 4 year University close to home so I could go out into the world and Experience something new. I will for sure be in Santa Barbara at least through mid-December.
A student is preffered, as I want to get to know some people who attend SBCC and/or UCSB.
If the room is already furnished, that is a HUGE plus. I'm trying to make the move with as little fuss as possible. It is not completely necessary though.
I can arrange to see a potential place over memorial day weekend (may 23rd-26th), but other than those dates I can't, since I am finishing up school outside of Seattle, Washington.
I am a surfer and snowboarder. If you want someone to go on Dawn Patrol with, I'm your guy. Early Riser. Not a Huge Partier by any means, but I do know how to have a good time and mix and mingle. I also make great coffee.
I will not be bringing a car, walking and biking are fine by me.
