Looking for a single room for rent in Isla Vista, I 22/male senior at UCSB, pretty laid back, but far from dirty, like to keep a clean house, but still down to party, blah blah im looking for a SINGLE room, NOT SHARED, for around 400-600 in IV, reply to the post as I can move in asap (trying to get out of the crib im at right now cuz too many people live here), i am 420 friendly can hold my liquor and still go to classes and get decent grades.
