I am currently renting out a room in this cute spacious two bedroom 1 bath house, and am looking for some one to take over my lease which is up August 1rst. Washer, dryer inside, stove, microwave, Lots of storage space, along with an outdoor shed 12 x 12 that is in the fenced in car port. Nice front yard with fire pit and chairs. Furnished but space for more furniture if you have some. A couple in thier early twenties share the other room, supper mellow easy to get along with. I moving out of town and would like someone in by the first of december.
