I need a pet friendly lease for winter and spring quarter! I am a 21-year-old female UCSB student (environmental studies major). I'm happy to live with and even room with either boys or girls. Definitely wanna stay in Isla Vista.
I am super chill, fun, and genuinely nice. I am courteous and respectful, though not a neat freak. I am responsible and studious but also love to party. I'm 420 friendly but usually don't partake, myself. I'm more of a drinker, but totally fine with other people's habits.
Gizmo is a pappillon and pekingese mix. He looks like a gremlin. He has growing hair like us, not fur, so he doesn't shed at all. He's 8 years old, and a rescue dog. He's been through a lot so he just wants TLC. He loves attention and affection by gentle hands. He's mellow and calm but gets very perky and puppy-like at certain times (like when there's a squeaky toy, he sees someone holding his leash, or he just finished getting dried after a bath). He's housebroken but very territorial, so if he lives with another male dog he may try to mark inside the house at first. He's allowed on couches and that's not gonna change, so that's gotta be ok with everyone. Also, although he's a total cuddle-bear lapdog, he's also a little adventurer and loves to explore and sniff around outside and pee on all the smells, lol, so a backyard would be ideal.
Gizmo and I are both super chill and fun. Call me ASAP if you have a place for us!
