Hi!
I'm excited to tell you about my RV.
It had been sitting in some guy's backyard for 9 years prior to my purchase of it a little over a year ago, and it was never ran during that time. Still, it passed smog without driving it more than five miles. How's THAT for indication of a good engine? The engine is a 440 cubic inch big block. Its matched with the highly reputable a727 automatic transmission. This thing has surprising power!
There's new transmission fluid and radiator fluid.
Engine oil looks better than my Honda CRX
I've never hooked it up to electricity, but everything presumably works. It worked the last time the guy I bought it from used it.
Has 100 gallon gas tank and 100 gallon water tank.
There's been water damage, but this is very fixable with some patience (which I lack at this moment)
It's got a tow hitch welded to it. The previous owner towed his 3,500 lb boat with it.
It could use a new propane tank. The guy at the gas station said he wouldn't fill it in the condition that it's in.
Comes with a 1400 watt modified sine wave inverter, 6 fully charged, practically new 275 AH 6 volt batteries hooked up in a 12 volt configuration. At this price, the Xantrex c40 charge controller (http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/72/p/1/pt/5/product.asp) and 540 watts of solar panels on the roof don't come with it.

It's got a hookup which looks to be a 220 volt.

The kitchen looks to be mostly unused. It's got a nicely sized gas/electric fridge and a freezer compartment. Lots of storage space!

It's got a bike rack mounted on the back which doesn't interfere with the tow hitch. The bike rack is designed such that with the right lock you can lock up your bike and not have to worry about getting it stolen.

There's a serious locking mechanism installed over the gas cap, so nobody's going to pour stuff into your gas tank.

Starts up fine. I love this beast.

Pop up truck camper. Made in the 90s by Four Wheel. Its a "Fleet" model. Good condition. Rare and very fun. It does need a some tlc, fittings for a sink, mattress for the bed. It has a propane bottle and two burner top. It will fit some full size trucks and most small pick-ups. It is 7'long. It fits perfect on my '02 Ford Ranger and '92 Toyota pick up.

This is a 2004 Weekend Warrior FS2600 26 foot Wide Body. Tandem axle, tow behind. You can fit two quads side by side in this hauler with 72" high clearance. A/C, Heater, Smooth Fiberglass side, rear pull down queen sleeper is very easy to put up and pull down and you don't have to worry about an electric motor on it going out. Front queen sleeper as well, and two twin sleepers. Each twin sleeper converts to a sofa and has it's own table so you can still walk through the middle to the rear of the trailer when the tables are on. See picture of floor plan below. Sony AM/FM CD player, also wired for outside speakers, dual batteries, satellite ready, two tv shelves, Large Onan 5500 Quiet generator has only 15 hours on it. All decals have been removed and its ready for your personal lettering or decals. Two batteries and two 7.5 gallon propane tanks. Used only three times the inside still has that new car smell! Largest water holding tanks fresh, gray, and black. 38 gallon fueling station. Armstrong vinyl sheet floor in kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Carpet in hauler section rolls up with sealed garage floor painted plywood underneath. Carpet is brand new spotless immaculate and so is the rest of the flooring upholstry and matresses blinds etc. The kitchen floor is black and gray 12x12 checker board race style floor and the upholstry on the dinette/twin sleepers is leopard print in subtle brown tones, carpet is brown and will wear much better than a blue or green carpet. Rubber roof and smooth side were a huge upgrade when we purchased this, we ordered it custom in order to get the custom leopard print interior in late 04. I got a quote from Warrior today for this exact floor plan with the same options would cost between $35,000.00 and $41,000.00 NEW depending on where you buy it. You will never find a cleaner used hauler than this. Never taken to the beach or sand.
