I have a 1983 27' Southwind Motorhome for sale generally 'as is' for $2895 'obo'. It has ~72k miles on it and runs like a champ. Passed smog. Registration good until next november. (both smog and reg done last week so its all legit) has everything (to my knowledge) that you will need to live in or adventure in, 2 deep cycle coach batteries, automatic transmission, water heater, all the bells and whistles (Well not all off them but she gets by in wonderful fashion) some cosmetic issues and wear and tear over the years. Tires are good, electronics are good, breaks are good. i believe i am the third owner, previously was registered in pismo so its relatively local. one minor roof leak in passanger front windshield- discovered during our recent rain, can be fixed with a bit of caulking (probably will be fixed before sold). ammenities - working shower sink toilet kitchen (microwave is stuck on but is easily fixed). tons of storange in coach and above/below, AC works and blows cold. cabin ac works to my knowledge but i havent ever used it. Great livein coach or way to enjoy family vacation across the country, or to take your fraternity buddies up to canada or...a million other possibilities...youll be upwardly mobile and always at home anytime, anywhere. will consider trade for suv or truck with campershell/popup camper or 25'< sailboat. all offers considered but reasonable offers will be contacted. Surprisingly, she also gets pretty decent gas milage- can get up to slo or down to LA using ~20-25 bucks.
will throw in hibatchi grill, tarp/cover, snow chains, tv/dvd player, american flag (hell yea!), and all your basic system stuff, hoses, cords, maintainence stuff, extra motor oil, tools, shower curtain, fire extinguisher(s), 2 plug in heaters, etc.
