Excellent condition in n out. 2nd owner. Camper model LC300/8.6. Truck is F-250 with 7.5L engine, odometer 49.2K miles, tire tread like new. Both purchased new together. Everything works. 2 new propane tanks. Have original paperwork since original purchase including manuals on all optional equipment and appliances etc. Cleaned, maintained, TLC before and after each trip. We've only taken it to San Antonio Lake, Refugio and El Cap beaches. Will sell camper for $2500, but take both for $4000. 805-740-1882
