Just in time for summer 2008. This is a 2005 Fleetwood Folding Trailer. 12 foot box closed and very easy to tow. Perfect condition and has always been covered and serviced professionaly. It sleeps 9 people and has a heater, push-out indoor stove/sink, outdoor shower with hot water,hot water heater, water pump and battery for no hook-up camp grounds, external hook-ups for electrical and water for those camp grounds which supply hook-ups, small fridge, 2 king beds, couch, table, and a outside hook-up bar-b-que. The awning has never been used and the trailer has only been used 6 times. I will pull the trailer out and open it for those who are serious in purchasing it.
